Solution Frameworks Overview is a 3-day course that provides an overview and some detail of the TM Forum’s four foundational Soution Frameworks (NGOSS) -- Business Process Framework (eTOM), Information Framework (SID), Systems Integration Framework, and Application Framework (TAM). Included are hands-on, team exercises in applying the frameworks to meet today’s business challenges. The NGOSS-styled SOA course provides delegates with practical hands-on experience using the Solution Frameworks to create NGOSS-styled SOA Service Contracts.
